Series WKK
Marine Deck Machinery Motors
Obeki’s WKK series covers electric motors and brake motors specifically designed for boat deck machinery — including anchor and mooring winches, marine cranes, capstans, reels, and platform lifting cranes. Built for outdoor marine environments, these motors meet IP56 protection (expandable to IP67) and comply with all major classification societies including Bureau Veritas, Lloyd’s Register, DNV, ABS, RINA, and more. Available from 0.1 kW to 650 kW with 1, 2, or 3 speed configurations and in-house DC brake design up to 3,800 Nm braking torque.

Series ARK
Wound Rotor / Slip Ring Motors
The ARK series slip ring motors are built for heavy-duty industrial applications that demand high starting torque and the ability to start under full load. Ideal for overhead cranes, tower cranes, ladle tilting, scrap claw cranes, quarry and mining conveyors, shredders, and mills. The wound rotor design allows for dynamic forward and backward operation with no energy loss per cycle. Available from frame size 112M to 450 with 4 to 12 pole configurations and protection up to IP67. Interchangeable with AEG, Siemens, and other legacy motors.

Series CRK
Metallurgical Roller Table Motors
The CRK series is engineered for transport roller table drives in steel mill hot rolling lines and steelworks. These motors handle extreme heat, humidity, and heavy cyclic mechanical loads that would destroy a standard motor. Special features include high-temperature resin-encapsulated stators, IP67 motor and terminal box protection, IP68 cable glands, radial fin casings for superior cooling, and rubber O-rings in all metal contacts. Designed with 4 to 20 pole configurations, they are fully adaptable to frequency inverter operation and are available in circular, square, or rectangular flanges for easy replacement.

Series LCK
Water-Cooled Motors IC71W
The LCK water-cooled motor series uses an integrated liquid circulation system (IC71W) built directly into the motor housing, keeping the stator in constant contact with coolant. This eliminates the external fan entirely, making LCK motors quieter and more compact — capable of delivering the same shaft torque in one or two frame sizes smaller. Particularly well-suited for variable speed drive (VSD) applications since cooling performance is independent of rotation speed. Protection from IP55 to IP67, available up to 1,400 kW, with IE2/IE3 high-efficiency ratings. Ideal for marine, industrial, and steel applications.

Series PMK
Permanent Magnet Motors & Generators
PMK permanent magnet motors and generators deliver exceptional torque at low speeds — making them ideal for applications where a gearbox would traditionally be required. By eliminating the gearbox, PMK motors reduce installation cost, save space, and cut long-term maintenance. Built with Neodymium magnets encapsulated in fibreglass, they offer outstanding efficiency and compact form factors from IEC H100 to H710. Compatible with both air and water cooling (IC71W), protection up to IP67. Also available as synchronous generators for small to medium hydraulic power stations and onboard marine generation.

Series PRK
Marine Propulsion Motors
Obeki’s PRK series covers motors for main and auxiliary ship propulsion — designed for below-deck installation in confined spaces. Applications include primary propulsion, auxiliary propulsion, lateral thrusters, bow thrusters, and hybrid diesel-electric propulsion (PTI/PTO). All motors are designed and manufactured in compliance with major classification societies: BV, LRS, DNV, GL, ABS, RINA, RMRS, NK, KR, and CCS. Available in IP23 and IP55, with liquid cooling (IC71W) and forced ventilation options. Customised permanent magnet motors (PMM) are available for propulsion applications requiring peak torque at low RPM.

Series TCK
Tower Crane Motors
The TCK range covers electric motors and brake motors for every movement in tower crane operation — hoisting (TCK-H), slewing (TCK-S), and trolleying/travelling (TCK-T). Designed for outdoor use in harsh environments and rated for standard operation between −30°C and +40°C (custom designs available for ≤−40°C). IP23 to IP56 protection with motors available from 0.37 kW to 500 kW. Compatible with variable speed drives up to 200 Hz, with 2 and 3-speed options. In-house designed brakes with braking torque up to 3,800 Nm, manual release, brake wear sensors, and heating resistances as standard options.
