Electric Vibrators

Electric vibrators can be used in a number of industries as flow aids, on hoppers or silos to increase material discharge, or as drives on vibrating machines for conveying, screening, sizing, or compacting.
When the Vibrator Motor is turned on, the eccentric weights rotate, producing a sinusoidal centrifugal force. A rotating force is produced by only one vibrator motor installed on a vibrating machine, resulting in a circular movement of the machine. Two counter-rotating vibrator motor installed in parallel on the same machine provide a linear force, causing the machine to move linearly. The application determines whether circular or linear movement is required.
